Question of the Week Results
Two weeks ago, we tested your knowledge about the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA). You passed with flying colors.
Last week, we thought we’d ask you — the experts — what you think the chances are that EFCA will actually become law in light of the election results. Here’s the question we asked, along with your responses . . .
Gaze into your crystal ball: How likely is it that EFCA will pass in its current form?
- 100% likely (4%)
- Very likely (22%)
- Likely (16%)
- Unlikely (42%)
- Very unlikely (16%)
- 0% chance (0%)
Doing some basic math (not my forte), our Blawg visitors think there’s approximately a 49.78% chance — slightly less than 50-50 — that EFCA will pass in its current form. Stay tuned to see how this plays out. We’ll keep you posted on any significant developments.

As always, thanks for your participation! Our next Question of the Week will be coming your way soon.
