I&#039;m a graduate and this is really important to me. I&#039;ve noitced around my workplace that no mater the level you are at, we are all motivated by recognition. Many businesses think generic gifts or cash are the way to go about this. Maybe businesses should think about giving variety and sending their employees on activities or experiences they will remember. For example, scuba diving, on a cooking class, a jewlerry making workshop, a spa and pamper session.
